Membership grace dates and monthly class balances stay accurate
Staff can extend a failed renewal's booking grace through a chosen day. A suspended membership keeps its restriction when a late payment notice arrives, and fixed monthly class allowances stay tied to what the member bought.
When a recurring membership payment has failed, staff can choose a new grace date and record the reason from the client's pass actions. The client can book through that venue-local date while the unpaid renewal remains visible. The date can be extended again, up to 90 days ahead; a settled payment or changed membership cannot receive an old grace action. The action does not send a message to the client. A late payment notice from the card provider no longer reopens a membership that the venue has suspended. The original failed-payment date stays in place for reminders and the venue's retry policy. For fixed recurring class memberships, the monthly allowance is saved with each new pass. Editing the pass type later will not erase that purchased allowance, and the next monthly cycle starts with its own classes. Existing passes with uncertain historical terms require individual review before any balance correction.
Interrupted card updates keep the original payment
Member web card updates retain the original missed payments and check their status before another payment can start.
