Resume a freeze from a chosen date, and see why terminate failed

Staff can resume a frozen membership today or from a chosen date, and a terminate that used to hang now shows the error so they can retry.

Resuming a frozen membership now asks **Resume from**: today, or a date you choose. Choosing a future date keeps the freeze until that morning and updates the billing credits to match. The pass dates on the client profile also stay consistent — a frozen membership shows **Frozen until** next to **Renews**, instead of an old end date that no longer matches the next charge.

If Stripe still has an old collection pause that Booking Bible cannot prove belongs to this freeze, resume stays blocked unless you type **CLEAR PAUSE** and a reason. That override is recorded. Terminating a membership is no longer blocked by that same pause, because ending the membership cancels billing anyway.

If Terminate used to sit on “Saving…” with no explanation, it now shows the error and a retry button. A failed first-time membership sale that never activated shows as a quiet **Failed setup attempt — clean up** row; selling the same membership again cleans that leftover when Stripe has already confirmed it is dead.
