# Clearer staff sales, queue calls and venue updates Staff membership sales preserve the chosen buyer, commitment and offer through the final review. Contract email starts off; staff must choose it and have notification permission. An unavailable contract delivery is explained before the sale proceeds. Queue calls also start with no client message. Choose SMS for that particular call when available. A completed call and an unsuccessful message are reported separately. End-of-day cash entry accepts decimal commas and explains invalid amounts instead of recording zero. Reconciliation follows the venue's business day, including clock-change days. The companion mobile update refreshes venue configuration when returning to the app and while active. Temporary configuration failures keep the last verified branding. Consumer and venue-app billing show each currency separately and retain refunds in payment history. Business tools follow the venue's current capabilities and staff permissions, with an explanation when access is unavailable. Mobile changes require the corresponding app update. Store availability and device acceptance are tracked separately from these source changes. Sales in different recorded currencies now stay separate in the mobile Money summary. Unresolved currency or incomplete reads show an error instead of a false total. Staff earnings use the venue's month boundaries. Contract delivery warnings no longer claim an email was sent merely because a contract was created. Receipt retries preserve the original channel and recipient after an interrupted response, including Tap-to-Pay receipts. Known unavailable channels can be corrected; uncertain sends remain held for reconciliation. Refund, client merge, credit and pass-change forms preserve their reviewed choices during retries.
Grouped appointment history keeps its venue context
With the corresponding Consumer app update, grouped appointment history keeps the venue that owns the visit after you switch venues or leave a venue. Times, rebooking and rescheduling links use that verified venue. If time information is unavailable, the app says so rather than borrowing another venue's timezone.
