Changing a membership's monthly class allowance now asks you to confirm

When an edit would remove or change the monthly class allowance of a recurring membership, the pass type review explains who is affected and asks for confirmation before it saves.

A recurring membership such as "10 Classes/Month" gets its monthly class limit
from the "per month" row in its class limits. If that row was changed to a
different period, for example "per day", or removed, the membership was saved
with no monthly limit and new buyers received an uncapped pass without any
warning.

The pass type editor now checks this before it saves. While you edit, a note
appears under the class limits when the monthly allowance is being removed or
changed. When you review the changes, a separate confirmation explains that new
buyers get the new setting, that people who already hold the membership keep the
monthly allowance they purchased, and that the unused-classes rollover settings
are hidden while a membership has no monthly allowance. You must tick it before
the change can be saved. The check also runs on the server, so it applies to
every way a pass type can be edited, including the AI Studio Manager, which
cannot change a monthly allowance without this confirmation.

A membership with only a per-day or per-week limit is still allowed, for example
an unlimited plan. Nothing is asked when you rename a membership, change its
price or turn it on or off. A membership can have only one "per month" limit,
and it must be a whole number of 1 or more.

Saving a recurring membership also no longer switches off its "unused classes
roll into the next period" settings when the monthly limit is removed during
the edit. The settings stay stored and apply again when a monthly allowance is
set.
