Venue administration follows the venue you are managing

Creating rooms, class types, recurring schedules, and class occurrences now follows the venue you are currently managing, even if another venue was selected earlier in your account. The same tenant binding now protects booking settings, brands, locations, staff-location assignments, catalog assignments, and notification settings.

Venue permissions still apply. Scheduling access does not grant business-settings access, suspended staff remain blocked, and moving a record into a different venue is rejected.

Some older catalog and settings editors still rely on the earlier account-selected venue model. When those contexts disagree, they now stop with a specific secondary-venue message instead of a generic save failure; no account venue is silently changed.

Gift cards and account balance now match the money received

Paid gift cards now appear in cash sales when the money is received, while their revenue still remains deferred until the card is used. Refunds and repeat payment notifications no longer make the sale appear twice.
