Configure an offer for clients who have never used an offer
Limit a flash sale to clients with no previous non-reversed offer in its brand or organization.
Flash-sale drafts can require that a client has no previous non-reversed offer, flash-sale or promo use in the selected brand or whole organization. Completed free introductions count; partial refunds still count. Checkout verifies the rule and explains when the client cannot use the offer. Turn the setting on or off in a new reviewed draft. Published offers keep their agreed configuration; changing one uses the normal replacement workflow. Uncertain history is shown as unavailable. Existing accepted checkout attempts keep their original identity and terms. Business app controls and customer refusal messages ship through their linked app release. Website display is advisory; canonical checkout decides admission.
