One place for everything about a professional you work with

Everything about an independent professional you collaborate with now lives on one page, in tabs: **Compensation · Role & access · Data sharing · Money · Contract**. The professional sees the matching view from their own side.

Everything about an independent professional you collaborate with now lives on
one page, in tabs: **Compensation · Role & access · Data sharing · Money ·
Contract**. The professional sees the matching view from their own side.

**Money.** The old "recent ledger entries" list showed a date and an amount and
nothing else. There is now a period picker, a line per class, workshop or
appointment saying exactly what it was for and how many people attended, VAT
where you and the professional agreed one, running totals, and a CSV export.

You can settle a period on the spot instead of waiting for the monthly run.
**Settlements now work on every plan** — previously a professional had to be on
a paid plan with a connected payout account before a settlement could exist at
all, so for most collaborations nothing was ever produced and the amounts just
kept piling up. Now both sides approve the statement, and if payouts aren't
automated you pay however you normally do and record it here. Whether the
professional charges VAT is set per collaboration, because it depends on their
business and not on your VAT settings.

**Access changes wait for a Save.** Every toggle used to save the instant you
clicked it, with no confirmation and no undo. Now you set everything, see a
plain list of what is about to change, and press Save once. The permission rows
no longer say a bare "Default" — each one tells you what actually applies today
("From role · allowed" or "· not allowed").

**And the professional is told.** When you save, you choose whether to notify
them by email, SMS or push, and can add a note. They receive the exact list of
what changed. Nothing was ever sent before.

**Client contact details have a middle setting.** As well as hidden and full,
you can now grant *partly visible* — enough to recognise and confirm a client
(sofie•••@gmail.com, ••• •• 22 33) without handing over the address or the
number, and with no copying, roster email/SMS or export. Note that the check-in
roster used to print client email addresses even when contact access was turned
off; it now respects the setting.

**Contracts.** A collaboration can carry a real agreement, and both sides can
reach it. Write it from the terms you already agreed, or upload a contract you
signed outside Booking Bible. Both sides sign by name, and you choose what an
unsigned agreement should do: nothing, remind until it's signed, or require it
before the professional can be put on a class. Notifications for an agreement
can be switched off per collaboration.

Edit the wording of far more text messages, and see at a glance what is email and what is a text

Sixteen text messages can now use your own wording, up from six — including class restored, attendance corrected, a refunded fee, account credit added, pass paused and resumed, membership ended, the nine pass-change notices, staff invitations and cover requests. Open Client emails & reminders → Text messages and look for "Wording you can edit".
