One team count and extra seats for the simplified agreement
When the simplified agreement and its purchases are enabled, operational people count once and eligible Business venues can buy extra seats. Existing agreements keep their accepted allowances.
When the simplified Business or Business Pro agreement is enabled and accepted, team capacity counts operational **people**. Existing agreements keep their current allowances until the venue explicitly accepts a migration quote. **Everyone who works in your venue counts once.** Owners, admins, reception and instructors count, and so does anyone who can be booked for a service — even if they never sign in. Someone who is both a staff member and a bookable provider is one person, not two. Qualifying the same person for more services costs nothing at all: it is more work they can do, not another person. **What each plan includes.** Business includes 3 team members on appointments and 10 on classes or a mix of both. Business Pro has no limit. Free includes 1. **Adding a seat.** Where purchases are enabled, eligible Business venues can add an extra team member for 99 kr a month, as many as you need, and the space is there as soon as the payment goes through. A reduction shows when it takes effect and requires confirmation of any capacity warning. If you release one while more people are still working, nobody loses access — you simply cannot add anyone new until you are back inside your number. **Extra brands.** Where purchases are enabled, eligible Business Pro venues can add an extra brand for 999 kr a month. Free and Business include one brand. **Before you change plan**, the summary tells you whether your team fits the plan you are moving to, counted the same way and including any seats that move with you.
