Paid features unlock after billing confirmation
New venues now receive their selected paid plan and add-on access only after secure billing confirmation is complete.
When creating a new venue, paid plan features and add-ons now unlock only after the secure billing step is confirmed. If card setup is interrupted, the venue stays saved and shows a clear path back to billing without opening paid tools early. The same protection now applies when an existing venue upgrades or adds a paid feature: access changes only after Booking Bible receives confirmation from the billing provider. A scheduled downgrade or cancellation keeps the current plan until the date shown in Money, and a newer plan choice safely replaces the pending change. Standard monthly plans have no binding. If a venue chooses free months, each free base-fee month is followed by one paid commitment month; paid add-ons and usage can still be charged during the free period. Money shows the effective date and earliest cancellation date before confirmation.
Clearer client navigation and safer regional reports
Clients now get consistent Explore and Wallet hubs, while daily closeout respects the venue day and keeps currencies separate.
