One place to manage a partner
Every company, hotel, school or gym you work with now has a single page for their billing details, people, visits, rates, class access and branding.
Business partners used to be split across two half-finished pages, and neither of them could see everything. Now there is one place. Open **Corporate partners** and pick a partner to get: - **Overview** — who they are, how to reach them, how much they have spent this year and how much of their budget is left. - **Billing** — their VAT/CVR number, EAN number, billing address, default PO number, payment terms, private-event rate and yearly budget, alongside the per-visit billing model and prepaid credit you already had. Several of these were stored but could not be edited anywhere; you had to ask us to change a partner's payment terms. - **People** — link a client to the partner so their visits count against the partner's account and their discount applies automatically. Search by name, email or phone; remove someone when they leave the company. - **Visits** — what the partner has actually used, over any date range, with a filter for what has and has not been invoiced. - **Class access** — which classes their people may book, on which days and at which times. - **Rates** — the negotiated price per pass for this partner. - **Settings** — upload their logo, set their portal address, and archive a partner you no longer work with without deleting any history. Two smaller fixes came with it. The partner-type list only offered five of the twelve types the system accepts, so partners saved as anything else showed a raw code and could not be filtered for — all twelve are now named properly. And the billing summary on the old partner page had been silently blank for every partner because it asked for figures that were never stored there. Your front desk can now open a partner and see their people, visits and remaining budget. Editing billing terms, rates and class access stays with managers and admins.
Private session messages now follow your wording — and can text and push
Private-session confirmations and reminders now use your venue's branding and your own wording, can also be sent by text and push notification, and the notice that tells an instructor they've been assigned finally appears in your Events settings.
