Past-roster check-in now accepts an otherwise eligible booking that was made
with a pass or course-access entitlement. Checking the client in records only
the attendance correction: it does not consume, refund or otherwise change the
pass or entitlement that admitted the booking.

The protected workflow still requires **Manage past schedule records**, the
ordinary check-in permission, a reason and the typed `REWRITE` confirmation.
Guest, payment, network, waitlist, imported, inconsistent and other linked
cases remain held for specialist review. Historical corrections remain silent
and do not notify the client.
