Brand passes now book classes shown under their brand

If you run two or more brands, a pass restricted to a brand now books every class that belongs to that brand, including classes owned by another brand that you also show under it with **Also show under…** on the class type. Before this fix, clients holding such a pass could not book those classes, and online bookings wrongly said their pass had no online access.

# Brand passes now book classes shown under their brand

If you run two or more brands, a pass restricted to a brand now books every class that belongs to that brand, including classes owned by another brand that you also show under it with **Also show under…** on the class type. Before this fix, clients holding such a pass could not book those classes, and online bookings wrongly said their pass had no online access.

A class counts as belonging to the brand set on the occurrence or its recurring schedule, and always also to its class type's own brand, so nothing that could be booked before stops working. Classes whose class type has no brand stay open to every pass, as before. Any class types you picked on the pass still apply. Revenue and reports stay with the class's owning brand.

When a client's pass cannot be used, they now see the real reason. That can be the brand, the class type or the location. The "no online access" message only appears when none of their passes includes online classes. Staff changing the pass on a booking see the same rules.

The **Brand Restrictions** section on a pass and **Also show under…** on a class type now explain this, and only appear when you run two or more active brands. Archived brands no longer count. A restriction you already saved stays visible so you can remove it.
