Pass settings are staff-only, and gift and extension settings save as shown
Only staff who can manage passes can change pass types, and only staff who can manage products can change shop products. The pass editor now explains when a pass cannot be gifted, “0 = unlimited” extensions save correctly, and a client’s offer limit carries over when a flash sale is replaced.
# Pass settings are staff-only, and gift and extension settings save as shown Pass types, add-ons on a client's pass and pass share invites can now only be changed by staff who have the “Manage passes” permission. Shop products can now only be changed by staff who have the “Manage products” permission (owners and managers by default). Clients keep seeing exactly what they saw before. When you edit a pass, **Can be purchased as a gift** now says why a pass can't be gifted: intro offers, “One-time per client” passes and passes that are not visible to everyone never appear in the gift shop. A new pass that starts as one of those starts with the gift box unticked. If a pass is already marked as giftable, the toggle stays ticked with the reason until you untick it — nothing is changed without you seeing it, and saving a new conflicting combination is refused with the same explanation. Saving an existing pass now checks the same rules as creating one, so an edit can no longer leave a pass in a state you couldn't create (for example a public class pack with 0 classes). **Max Extensions** set to 0 now saves as unlimited instead of 1. When you replace a running flash sale, a client who already bought it (or is in the middle of paying) can't buy the new sale again beyond its per-client limit, and old links to the replaced sale open the live one — even if you renamed it. Settlement statements, partner agreements, membership changes and freezes that were changed in another session now show the reload or “preview again” message straight away instead of timing out.
Unpaid offer checkouts no longer use up limited places
Starting an offer checkout now reserves a place for 30 minutes. Only a completed payment uses it. Add-ons can be bought with a dated introductory price, at their normal price.
