Past class corrections and product VAT settings save reliably
Past classes now open the protected correction workflow, and purchaser-specific VAT settings save on products.
Opening an earlier class from the schedule now directs staff to the protected historical correction workflow. It clearly asks for a reason and the typed `REWRITE` confirmation, and explains when the staff member needs the **Manage past schedule records** permission. Historical changes remain silent and do not notify clients or instructors. Product VAT settings can now be saved for individual and company purchasers. Choosing a standard, exempt or custom VAT rule persists with the product instead of ending with a generic save error.
