Payment receipts follow the reason for each collected charge

First membership payments and the first full-price payment after an introductory offer use the purchase receipt setting; later renewals use the recurring receipt setting. A charge collected after a failed-payment notice gets a confirmation receipt.

# Payment receipts follow the reason for each collected charge

The payment receipt now uses the payment and membership facts recorded for that
charge. It applies the same decision when the payment webhook runs and when the
receipt backstop finds a successful payment later.

- A first collected membership charge uses **Purchase receipt**, even if Stripe
calls its invoice a subscription cycle after a free or delayed start.
- The first full-price charge after a recorded introductory offer also uses
**Purchase receipt**. Later cycles use **Recurring payment receipt**, which is
off by default until the venue enables it.
- If a failed-payment email, replacement card-confirmation link or dunning
email was sent for the charge, the collected payment gets a recovery
  confirmation receipt.
- A registration fee does not count as a prior membership cycle. Attendance
fees and one-off purchases continue to use **Purchase receipt**.

The introductory boundary is recorded with each qualifying membership purchase,
including offers without a minimum paid-period commitment. A registration-fee
offer alone is not an introductory membership price. The receipt decision uses
the invoice's service period, the owning venue's timezone and its own switch;
collecting an introductory invoice late does not make it a full-price charge.
When the covered days are known, the membership line also labels the verified
introductory period using that same frozen boundary, even without a minimum
paid-period commitment. It does not read a changed sale or current catalog
price to reconstruct the buyer's original offer.

An untouched, off-by-default recurring receipt is recorded distinctly from a
venue choosing to turn receipts off. A member who has turned off general email
notifications still receives transactional payment receipts; an explicit
payment-receipt preference and delivery suppression still apply. Previously
sent receipts are unchanged; this update does not send historical receipts again.
