Physical inventory returns at POS
Return physically received items against their original POS sale without refunding money or restocking twice. Backend and Business release checks remain separate.
# Physical inventory returns at POS Prepared for web POS Transactions and Business POS Recent Sales, pending the migrated backend and signed Business acceptance. Staff with venue-wide POS access and inventory-management permission can select quantities from an original sale, enter a reason and return physically received items to stock. Bundle stock uses the sale's original inventory evidence. Already returned units cannot be returned again, and retrying the same request cannot restock twice. This updates inventory only. It does not refund money. Refund remains a separate action. Returns do not alter receipt totals, credit, commissions or passes and do not contact the client. General product stock adjustments no longer offer Returned; use the original POS sale for physical returns. Consumer, Branded, published Sites and Studio/AI do not receive a staff return action. Their purchase and refund history semantics stay unchanged.
Gift delivery retries keep their recipient and payment history
Sender-enabled source candidate — not a claim of deployment or delivery. Release still requires reviewed migration, old-runtime containment/drain and normal gates. Gift-recipient email/SMS is production-runtime-only; staging, development and unknown deployment identity remain held even if provider credentials exist. This does not turn staging into a sandbox for ordinary or giver notifications.
