Booking confirmations now check the current booking status before delivery. Clients on a waitlist will continue to receive waitlist updates instead of a confirmation for a class place they do not yet have.

If a place later becomes available and the booking is confirmed, the normal booking confirmation can still be sent. Existing notification preferences and confirmation delivery records continue to apply.
