A proper booking form for private sessions

Booking a private session now asks who it's for, who to invoice, where it happens and what you agreed — and you can change all of it afterwards.

The **New booking** form used to ask for four things: an event type, a date, a name and an email. Everything else about the session had to be sorted out afterwards, or not at all. It now walks through the whole booking in one go.

**Who it's for.** Pick an existing client, type in a new contact, or choose a company you invoice. For a new contact, **Save them as a client** is on by default — it creates a proper client record so they appear in your client list, can be emailed, and keep their history together. If they already have a record with you, we link to it instead of making a second one.

**Who pays.** Choose the company and we fill in the billing address, VAT number and purchase order from that company's record, so nobody retypes them per booking. You can still overwrite anything before saving, and add a department or cost centre.

**Where and when.** Set the date and time in your venue's own clock — no more guessing when you're booking from abroad. Pick the location and the room list narrows to that location; pick the teacher from the same list the class scheduler uses.

**The price.** Take the event type's price, or set your own — either a price per person or one total for the whole booking, VAT included. The preview shows exactly what will be charged before you save.

**How it starts.** Confirm it now, hold it as an enquiry, or hold the slot until it's paid — then copy the payment link from the booking page. When the money arrives, the booking confirms itself and the confirmation goes out.

You can also leave **a note for the client** that shows up on their confirmation ("park in the courtyard, we'll have mats ready").

**And you can change all of it later.** The booking page now edits the date and time, the number of people, the client, the contact details, the invoice details, the brand, location, room and teacher, and the price — with the price recalculated for you. If the new time clashes with something else, it says so before saving. Each save offers to tell the client, on the channels you choose.
