Recover an interrupted product card sale
Original-reference recovery can finish a verified product payment after interrupted card authentication once the release is qualified.
# Recover an interrupted product card sale Once the selected-currency release is qualified, checking an interrupted product sale can complete the original sale after successful card authentication. The register keeps the original reference and verifies the payment before recording its items and stock. If the result cannot be verified, keep the reference and ask support to reconcile it. Do not collect a replacement payment. This recovery change does not send a receipt automatically.

A payment in a different currency cannot be turned into venue account credit. Refund it to its original payment method instead.
