Choose what collaborating professionals see about your clients

You can now decide whether a collaborating professional sees which pass or membership a client booked with — its name, status, remaining clips or allowance and expiry — on the rosters of the classes they teach for you. Turn it on or off per professional under Network → Professionals → the professional → Role & access. Prices, payments and account credit are never shown.

# Choose what collaborating professionals see about your clients

You can now decide whether a collaborating professional sees which pass or membership a client booked with — its name, status, remaining clips or allowance and expiry — on the rosters of the classes they teach for you. Turn it on or off per professional under Network → Professionals → the professional → Role & access. Prices, payments and account credit are never shown.

To change several professionals at once, select them on Network → Professionals and choose **Client access**. Each setting starts on "Keep each person's setting", so only what you pick changes: contact details (hidden, partly visible or full), client search, adding clients to classes, export and pass details. Professionals who have not accepted yet, or have no active team membership, are skipped and listed afterwards. Nobody is notified unless you tick Email, SMS or Push.

Professionals you already collaborate with keep seeing pass details exactly as before; new collaborations start with them off. A client who was already registered at your venue before becoming a collaborator now also starts with contact details hidden, like every other new collaborator.

Check in a whole class after it has ended, with one confirmation

Checking in several clients at once after a class has ended no longer fails silently. When the class has already finished on your venue's clock, the roster asks you once to confirm the whole selection, then checks everyone in. Cancelling sends nothing.
