Venue teams and assigned professionals can correct eligible past attendance through a protected, silent workflow with an immutable reason.
# Correct past class rosters safely Venue staff with **Manage past schedule records** and the matching everyday roster permission can now correct a past class directly from Check-in or the Schedule class drawer. The same roster supports: - check in or mark a confirmed client as no-show; - reset a checked-in or no-show client to confirmed; - remove an eligible historical roster record; and - apply those actions to a selected group. Past corrections ask for a meaningful reason and the typed confirmation `REWRITE`. They are recorded in immutable correction history and start and stay silent: no Email, SMS or Push is sent. A booking with pass, payment, guest, network, workshop or other linked operational state is held for specialist review instead of being partially changed. Collaborating professionals continue to see client contact details according to the host venue's setting: **Hidden**, **Partly visible** or **Full details**. Copying, messaging, notifications and exports require Full details; Partly visible shows only a recognition-safe mask. An independent professional assigned to a partner venue's class can use the same protected correction from their own workspace when the host has granted both **Manage past schedule records** and the matching everyday roster action. The partnership, venue membership and class assignment must all still be active. The professional stays in their own workspace, and the correction is recorded against the host venue without exposing any wider venue access. This relationship-scoped protection is shared by Business web and Business mobile; the Consumer and Branded apps have no staff roster surface. Host-venue permission overrides and role revocations are evaluated directly against the proven host membership on both web and Business mobile. The professional's browser session remains scoped to their own workspace, so a missing host cookie cannot deny valid access or bypass a host revocation. Assigned partner appointments, their lifecycle actions, POS access and client notifications use the same host-authoritative permission resolution.
