Review residence-based membership prices and tax markets

Recurring passes can offer reviewed gross prices in several currencies while billing residence determines tax and unavailable markets stay closed.

An owner can configure a versioned price book for an existing recurring pass.
Each listed amount is the final customer total in that currency. The member
confirms their legal name, date of birth and billing residence before checkout;
the selected currency does not decide their tax location. A country can accept
payments only after its place-of-supply decision, tax classification, seller
account and required Stripe Tax registration have been reviewed. Other
countries can show an indicative price but payment stays unavailable.
The product can also specify `notice_cycles`; the accepted notice policy is
saved with each new purchase so later catalog edits do not change that member's
terms. Older memberships retain their existing notice policy.

An introductory flash sale can grant a fixed number of free cycles followed by
the pass price and a minimum number of paid cycles. The member sees the exact
first payment, minimum payable amount, recurring price and earliest end date
before accepting. A member who has already used an offer can review the normal
pass price instead. Cancellation and pause previews show the resulting dates,
including any required paid cycle. A billing residence change is applied to
future Stripe Tax invoices; an unapproved new market holds automatic collection
for review rather than charging at an unreviewed tax rate.

For multi-brand venues, owners can set booking and membership rule overrides on
an individual brand. A booking funded by a pass from the same venue uses that
pass's brand; otherwise it uses the class brand. Pass billing uses its recorded
purchase brand. A missing brand rule inherits the venue setting, and
existing pass-type and location rules retain their more specific precedence.
An explicit zero no-show or late-cancellation fee is a valid brand rule.

Receipts and membership emails state each member's real recurring price

The recurring note on a membership receipt, the "First payment" on a future-start confirmation, the "Final payment" on a cancellation email and the gifted-membership price now come from the member's own membership terms instead of the catalog price, and an introductory offer says when it ends and what follows.
