Retire a membership plan and move members to Flexible

Archiving a membership plan now shows how many members are still renewing on it, and staff can move any of them to a Flexible membership at their next renewal — nothing charged today, fully reversible.

Archiving a fixed-price membership plan stops it selling to new members, but
until now there was no easy way to see — or act on — the members still
renewing on it. That's changed.

## What's new

**Passes & Pricing now shows who's still renewing.** A retired plan carries a
"Retired · N members renewing" chip, so staff can see at a glance how many
people are still on it without digging through client records.

**A retired member's own card says so too.** Their membership shows "Retired
· renewing" — a plain heads-up that the plan they're on is no longer sold,
while nothing about their billing changes because of it.

**Existing members keep renewing unchanged.** Archiving a plan never touches
anyone already on it. They keep being billed on the same schedule, at the
same price, until staff — or the member — decides otherwise.

**Staff can move a member to Flexible at their next renewal.** From a
client's card, staff can choose "Move to Flexible at next renewal" and pick
the Flexible membership (and class allowance) the member should land on.

- Nothing is charged today.
- The old plan keeps billing as normal and ends exactly when it next renews.
- The registration fee is waived on the new plan — the member already paid
one on the plan being retired.
- The move can be cancelled at any point before the renewal date, and the
member's old plan simply carries on as if nothing happened.

**No member is contacted automatically.** This is a staff-only tool for when
a member asks about moving, or when a venue is winding a plan down carefully.
There's no button on the member's own account and no automatic email, SMS or
push about it — every conversation about moving happens between the venue and
the member, on the venue's own terms.

**Upgrade and extra-class offers clean up after themselves.** Any "upgrade to
this plan" or "buy extra classes" offer that pointed at a retired plan is
switched off automatically, so nobody is offered a plan that's no longer for
sale. Offers a member already holds keep working exactly as before.
