Review your plan price and start date before changing
A plan-review flow is prepared for eligible venues on the simplified agreement, showing the price, included rights and start date before confirmation. Availability depends on rollout.
When enabled for your agreement, **Money → Change plan** in web admin lets you review the price, included rights and start date before confirming a change. If any part of that quote changes while you are reviewing it, you will be asked to review the updated offer. The prepared flow includes a move from a paid simplified agreement to Free. It respects your accepted notice and commitment dates and starts after the paid subscription has been confirmed closed. Existing bookings, purchased fulfilment rights and billing records remain available. Resolve active extras and any team or brand capacity conflicts before changing plans. The same review covers the price for appointments, classes, or both. A different booking setup starts after the plan change is confirmed. Existing agreements keep their accepted terms until an explicit change is agreed. With the corresponding Business app release, billing managers can open the same secure web workspace from **Money → Review Booking Bible plan**. A separate secure checkout flow is prepared for verified owners starting a paid plan from Free. Ordinary monthly billing with zero free months is the default. Where an eligible offer is enabled, you can review optional free months and their matching paid commitment before accepting. Free access stays active until payment setup is confirmed. A saved checkout can be resumed, or safely closed before choosing another offer. **Start a Paid Booking Bible Plan** and **Review Booking Bible Agreement** can be found in admin search by billing managers. Agreement review compares your accepted terms with a proposed offer; it does not change your agreement. These flows are prepared and remain subject to rollout and payment readiness. A review link does not mean purchasing has been deployed or enabled.
Preview a new agreement before you migrate
Venues on an existing legacy agreement can now preview a published new-agreement offer side by side with their current terms, with no change to billing.
