Reword any automated email in your own voice

Every automated email can now carry your own wording. Open Client emails & reminders → Automated messages, find a message, and choose "Edit wording". You get two fields: the subject line, and a message in your own voice that appears at the top of the email.

Every automated email can now carry your own wording. Open Client emails &
reminders → Automated messages, find a message, and choose "Edit wording". You
get two fields: the subject line, and a message in your own voice that appears
at the top of the email.

Everything else is still written for you and added automatically underneath —
the booking details, amounts, buttons, and your venue's legal footer. That is
deliberate: it means you can change how a message sounds without any risk of
accidentally removing a class time, a price, or something a client needs. Leave
a field empty and that message uses our standard wording.

This works for all automated emails, not a selected few.

We also fixed something that could have cost you work: switching a message off
and on again used to quietly erase any wording you had saved for it. It now
keeps your wording, and only clears it when you ask it to.

Separately, bulk text messages are now protected against accidental resends —
if a send is retried or a button is double-clicked, clients who already received
that message will not be texted again.

Check-in no longer goes blank when your session hiccups

If your sign-in quietly expired while a page was open — most visibly on check-in, which refreshes itself constantly — the next button you pressed made the screen go white. You had to reload and navigate back, then it happened again on the next click.
