Room for more clients, without changing your plan

An optional extra that raises your client allowance without changing your base plan or its price. It is not on sale yet — here is what it will cost and how it will work.

**What it will cost.** 199 kr per month for 300 more clients. You can add more than one; each one
adds another 300. Your base plan, its price and its features stay the same. The pack is billed in addition to your base subscription.

**It is not on sale yet.** The price is decided, but the extra is not published yet, so you cannot
buy it today and nothing can be charged for it by accident. When it becomes available it will
appear under Billing → Add-ons for eligible Business and Business Pro agreements with a client limit. If your
plan already has no client limit, there is nothing here for you to buy and we will not offer it.

**You will see the price before anything is charged.** Choosing it opens a review that shows the
monthly amount, the new total for this extra, exactly what is charged today for the rest of your
billing period including VAT, and the number of clients you can have before and after. Nothing
moves until you confirm, and pressing confirm twice cannot buy two.

**Removing it is just as clear.** If removing a pack would leave you with more clients than the
remaining room allows, we say so and how far over you would be, and ask you to confirm you
understand. Nobody is deleted and no client record is touched — you simply cannot add new clients
until you are back inside your limit. Removing your last pack takes effect at your billing date,
so you keep the room you paid for until then.

**What counts as a client.** Your client limit counts client ACCOUNTS — the people
on your client list. Contact records imported from another system that never became an
account do not count, and when one of them becomes an account it is counted once, not
twice. The number you see on your billing page, in the review before you buy, and in a
plan-change check is always the same number.

**If you are moving to a new agreement.** Some venues have an individually agreed client
allowance that sits outside their plan. That allowance is part of your existing agreement,
not of a new one, so we will show it to you before anything changes and will not move you
onto new terms that quietly give you fewer clients than you have today.

**Currency.** The amount above is Danish kroner. If your venue is billed in another currency, you
will be quoted from the price published in your own currency, or told plainly that this is not
available for your currency yet. An amount is never converted from one currency into another.
