One class roster everywhere, clearer bulk actions and fairer guest seats
The class page uses the same roster as check-in, bulk actions say exactly who they act on, staff can record late cancellations, the roster has stat chips and sorting, unpaid guest seats no longer free a place that was never taken, guests you add are no longer booked under your own account, and guests choose their age group on the payment page where class prices depend on age.
## The same roster on every screen The class page now shows the same roster as Check-in and the Schedule class panel. Every row action, correction, fee chip and bulk action works the same way wherever you open a class. Errors are written in plain language and explain what was not changed. ## No-shows: charge or waive Marking a no-show (one client, a selection, or **Mark all as no-show**) shows the venue's no-show fee and lets you **Charge** it or **Waive** it for this decision. Your choice is recorded. Each row shows its fee state: pending, charged, waived or failed. Staff who may manage fees can **Charge now** or **Waive** from the row, and **Email receipt** sends the receipt only when you press it. ## Bulk actions say exactly who they act on Every bulk action shows how many of the selected clients it applies to, for example **Remove 2 of 3 selected**. It acts only on those clients; everyone else in the selection stays as they are. - **Undo** check-ins for today, in one step. - **Remove** now includes waitlisted clients and guests who have not paid yet. Pick the reason, and choose **Waive** (no fee) or **Charge the venue's late-cancel policy where it applies**. - **Late cancel** records a late cancellation under the venue's policy for booked clients inside the late-cancel window, with **Charge** or **Waive**. The same choice appears in the single-client **Remove from class** dialog when the class is inside the late-cancel window. Outside the window, use **Remove**. - **Add to class** from the waitlist includes guests who have already been paid for. Guests who have not paid stay on the waitlist until they pay. - **SMS** and **Email** include guest visitors: email goes to the guest's email address and SMS to the guest's mobile number on the booking. A guest who replied STOP, or who has no address for the chosen channel, is reported as skipped. Scheduled messages go to client accounts only. Nothing is sent unless you choose a channel. Every notice starts at **Don't notify**. ## Stat chips and sorting The top of the roster shows booked and capacity, checked in, to check in, no-shows, late cancellations, waitlist, unpaid guests, seats left, walk-ins and streaming. Tap a chip to show only those clients; tap it again to show everyone. Choose how the roster is sorted: booking time, first name, last name, check-in status, unpaid first or pass type. This browser remembers your choice. ## Cancelled classes on Check-in Cancelled classes appear on the Check-in page but never open first. A cancelled class shows who was booked, read-only, with what each booking was (**Was checked in**, **Was booked** or **Was waitlisted**). The "scheduled" count no longer includes cancelled classes. ## Guests who pay by link A guest added with a payment link holds no place until they pay. Removing such a guest no longer frees a place in the class, so the class can no longer look one place emptier than it is. Undoing the removal returns the guest to "awaiting payment", not to a booked place. Removing a guest closes the guest's open payment page, so the old amount can no longer be paid. The other guests in the same payment can still pay through the same link, even if the link named the guest you removed. If a guest still manages to pay after every seat in their payment was removed, or after the class was cancelled, the payment is refunded automatically and the guest is not told they are booked. If they had just paid when you removed one of their guests, you see a note, and that guest's share is refunded automatically; the other guests keep their places. Cancelling a class also closes the open payment pages of its unpaid guests. Payment links now carry a private code, so only the person who received the link can open it. The booking number alone no longer opens the payment page. Links sent before this change keep working until their class has passed. The payment page is shown in English or Danish, following the visitor's language. Classes that had not started yet and showed too few booked places because of an earlier guest removal have been corrected. ## Guests you add are their own bookings, not yours When you add a guest (Add guest, a payment link or a walk-in, on the web or in the Business app), the booking now belongs to the guest. Before, it was stored under the account of the staff member who added it. That meant notices about the class, such as a cancellation, went to you instead of the guest, and the guest's visits showed up in your own booking history and attendance. Now the guest's name, email and mobile number are kept on the booking itself, and you are recorded as the person who added it. If you cancel a class and choose to notify clients by email, each guest with an email address gets their own cancellation email. One person who paid for several guests gets one email. A guest without an account is never charged a no-show or late-cancel fee. If you cancel a class and then restore it, guests come back as their own bookings too. A guest who was paid at the desk, given a free spot or whose online payment is still held gets their place back. A guest whose payment was refunded, or who had not paid yet, comes back awaiting payment on the same payment link. A friend a member invites is unchanged. The member stays the host of that seat, because the member invited the friend and usually paid for the seat. Guest bookings added before this change have been moved off staff accounts. When a guest missed a class, an older booking could have raised the no-show fee against the staff member who added the guest. Unpaid fees like that have been waived, and nobody was notified. A fee that was already paid stays as it is. A guest booking that used a staff member's own pass keeps that pass record. A booking whose fee is still being collected by card was left as it is. ## Guests choose their age group In some countries, classes for younger people have a different price because of VAT rules. In Denmark, for example, classes for people under 30 can be VAT exempt. Where this applies to the item you choose, **Send payment link** shows both prices. The guest picks **Under 30** or **30 or over** on the payment page, with a short note on why they are asked. If you know the guest's age group, you can pre-select it; the guest can still change it. When one link covers several guests, the payer picks an age group for each guest, and the total adds up each guest's own price. The payment, the VAT on the receipt and the confirmation email all use the chosen age groups, and the roster shows each guest's age group. Venues and items without age-based prices work as before, and no one is asked. A link sent before age groups existed keeps the price it was sent with and does not ask.
Select several clients on an assigned partner class
Professionals teaching at a partner venue can select clients on the class roster and check them in, mark no-shows, undo check-ins, remove them, copy contacts or export the selection, within what the venue allows.
