Safer appointment payment linking
Paid appointment promotions now stop for review instead of changing an appointment whose date, status, client, service, option, or payment link no longer matches the sale.
Appointment promotion payments are now linked only while the selected appointment is still current, open, and an exact match for the client and service sold. A concurrent payment or appointment change can no longer be overwritten during checkout reconciliation. If the client has already paid but the appointment link cannot be safely completed, the point of sale clearly tells staff that the payment needs specialist review and that the client must not be charged again. The promotion is held for review rather than being reported as fully confirmed.
