Clearer schedule editing across series, selections and partner venues
Edit this and future classes with clearer wording, make exact bulk changes, notify booked clients by channel, and keep partner-venue classes visibly separate.
Series edits now say “This and all future instances,” so the scope is clear before you save. When booked clients may be affected, staff can choose email, text, and/or push notifications. Selected-class editing uses exact start and end times instead of an unclear minute shift. Staff can also update room, instructor, capacity, and class type; time controls appear only when the selected classes currently share a time. Booked-client notifications remain optional and are sent only after each class is updated successfully. Professionals who work with other venues can switch between their own venue, all teaching classes, or a specific partner venue. Each partner class is clearly identified, uses the owning venue's local time, and remains read-only from the wrong venue.
