# Schedule editing and reviewed restoration

Full class and series editing opens in a right-side drawer, with a full-width
layout on smaller screens. Existing inline class type, room, instructor, time
and capacity controls remain available.

Series edits preserve independently selected start and end times in the venue
time zone. Use **Keep duration** explicitly when the end should move with the
start. Changing class type preserves the times and capacities already entered.
Nonexistent daylight-saving times require correction; repeated times require
an explicit choice.

Future cancelled classes can be restored after review. Select the occurrences
and clients to restore. Each selected client passes current booking and pass
rules and receives a new booking or the current waitlist placement. The result
shows clients who could not be rebooked or still need processing. Original
cancellation history remains available.

A saved schedule or restored class is reported separately from pending
follow-up work. Staff changes start with **Don't notify**; client messages
require an explicit channel selection. Required operational updates, including
booking records, calendar synchronization and allowance accounting, still run.

Class-cancellation integrations retain the existing actor and series fields,
including the series identifier for batch cancellations. Retries use the same
webhook event identity.

This change does not alter purchased pass rights, pricing, refund terms or
notification preferences.
