Clearer guidance for website widgets
The Widgets workspace now sets clearer expectations about installation, saved changes, and where visitors finish booking or buying.
Website widgets can display schedules, services, prices, offers, forms, and venue information on an existing website. The Widgets workspace now explains where each visitor journey finishes, and every gallery card labels that outcome before setup begins. Appointment booking and service-catalog widgets now keep service choice, availability, details and confirmation inside the venue's own website. Purchase and class-booking journeys continue securely on Booking Bible. Newsletter forms, custom forms, and room enquiries can also be submitted inside the widget. After a widget is installed, supported saved changes appear the next time it loads. The code does not need to be pasted again. My Widgets now has a clearer heading and a direct way to create another widget. The updated guide also explains how to use a custom HTML or embed block in common site builders, what to do when a CMS removes scripts, and why the host site should cover the embedded service in its own cookie and privacy guidance. The full Booking Bible cookie banner is not repeated inside a widget. Fallback iframe codes now include the same browser safeguards as the recommended installer, and the signed-out Client assistant widget opens the correct sign-in page.
Recurring products pause properly, and product visibility rules are enforced everywhere
Pausing a recurring product no longer cancels it for good, a cancelled subscription now shows the date access actually ends, and the "who can buy this" rules you set on a product are now enforced on every client-facing surface rather than only on some.
