Sell memberships with your own register payment methods

The register can now sell a recurring membership paid with cash, your own terminal, or bank transfer — no saved card needed — and record each renewal when the client pays at the desk.

Some clients simply want to pay their membership at the desk every month. The register now supports that.

When selling a recurring membership, the Payment section offers your venue's own register methods (cash, external terminal, bank transfer, and any custom method you've configured) alongside the default **Saved card**:

- **Saved card** stays the default and works exactly as before — renewals charge automatically.
- Picking a register method sells the membership **without any card**. Today's amount — including the registration fee — is collected at the register, and every renewal is collected by the venue. Because that's a real commitment, the register asks you to confirm you understand renewals will not charge automatically before the sale can proceed.

When the client comes in to pay a renewal, open their pass and use **Record renewal payment** — choose how they paid (cash, terminal, bank transfer…) and the membership rolls forward, sends the receipt, and books the payment under the real method. These memberships show the existing "Billed externally" badge, and you can switch them to automatic card billing at any time once the client adds a card.

Replacing an expired card from the desk works again

Add card now and the secure add-card link work for clients migrated from your previous system, and the membership sale explains exactly what it needs when no usable card is on file.
