Set a professional's pay by date period

Record what a collaboration paid during a past period, and schedule a new rate to start on a future date.

A collaboration's pay is rarely one number forever. You can now give a
professional dated pay periods — "these were the terms last spring", "this is
the rate now", and "from 1 September we've agreed a new rate".

Each class is priced using the terms that applied on the day it was actually
taught, so correcting an earlier period re-prices that period's classes rather
than back-dating today's rate over your history. A period can change the whole
compensation model, not just the amount.

Scheduling a future period is safe: it simply starts applying on its start
date. Anything already settled or included in a statement is never re-priced —
only work that is still open gets the new numbers.
