Staff can book past classes; paid guests no longer use a host clip
Admin and staff with permission can add clients and check in on past classes. A paid bring-a-guest seat no longer consumes a host clip or blocks the host from booking themselves.
Staff who can manage bookings or check in may add a client to a class that has already started or finished, then check them in. This is the normal desk path, not a historical-correction attestation. A guest invited at the venue guest price (host pays or guest pays) is a paid guest seat. It does not use a clip from the host's pass, and it does not count as the host's own booking, so the host can still book themselves into the same class.
Class counts follow each pass start date
Monthly class limits now count from the pass start date, and bookings can be filtered by that cycle.
