Owners can connect a staff member to the Booking Bible Telegram assistant with a private, one-time link from **AI Studio → Channels & connections**. Staff who have `ai.conversations.use` can generate their own private installation link from **Staff → AI Assistant**; they cannot create links for somebody else. The link expires after ten minutes, can only be used once, and is bound to the exact active venue membership selected by the server; a Telegram message cannot choose a venue, staff identity, or specialist. Telegram text requests use the same venue permissions and AI safety controls as Studio Manager. An owner can disconnect a linked account and choose Mira or a published specialist that the staff member has been granted. Voice transcription and voice replies are optional, venue-controlled capabilities per linked account. Voice files are capped, processed temporarily in memory, and never saved as venue data; text remains the fallback when speech is unavailable. The Telegram bot is platform-managed. Venues do not paste or store bot tokens. If your venue does not see the channel, ask your Booking Bible administrator to configure the shared bot and webhook first.
Mira brings scoped specialists and private channels to AI Studio
AI Studio now gives every venue one general assistant, Mira, plus versioned specialists that can be published for focused work. Owners can grant access by staff role or individual user, then restrict each grant to selected brands, locations, data areas, and actions.
