What's new only shows updates for what your venue has
Class updates go to venues that run classes, appointment updates to venues that take appointments, and feature updates only to venues that have that feature.
Every BookingBible update now says who it is for, and your What's new panel, the update bell, update emails and important-update notices only show you the ones that apply to your venue: - **Venues that take appointments only** no longer see updates that are only about running classes, such as the class schedule or class check-in. - **Venues that run classes only** no longer see updates that are only about appointments, such as services or appointment booking pages. - **Venues with both** see both. - **Feature updates** (for example Courses, Point of Sale or AI Studio) only reach venues that have that feature. - **Updates for everyone** — billing, security and your account — still reach every venue. When you add a product or feature, its updates show up straight away. When you remove one, its updates stop showing. The update bell now also counts only the updates you personally haven't read yet.
See who sold each pass, how it was paid, and when
Every pass on a client's "Passes & access" tab now shows a line under its price and dates: when it was bought, how it was paid (card, MobilePay, cash, invoice, comped, or imported), and who sold it — a staff member's name and role, "Client online", "Assigned by" the staff member who granted it, "Granted by course/workshop enrolment", or "Imported from" the prior platform.
