Marketing tools follow appointment-only venue chrome
When venue-type chrome is on, appointment-only venues see visit-pack flash-sale wording, no class campaign filter or class sequence triggers, and reviews copy without class studio language. Class and hybrid venues stay unchanged.
# Marketing tools follow appointment-only venue chrome Appointment-only businesses should not be asked to pick class packs, class attendance filters, or class milestone journeys when venue-type chrome is enabled. ## What staff see With **venue type chrome** on and a venue set to appointments only: - Flash sales call pack products a **Visit pack** and bonus credits **Bonus visits**. New sales default to a shareable link (pricing page is optional, not the unique default). Denmark under-30 pass bands stay out of the builder, and VAT preview uses a beauty / personal-care rate instead of fitness instruction. - New campaigns hide **Attended Class Type (90d)**. - New sequences hide **Class milestone reached** and **Clips running low** (including templates that use those triggers). - The marketing hub talks about appointment reviews, not “class and appointment reviews”. Class-only and hybrid venues, and any venue while the chrome switch is off, keep the previous class-studio wording and options. ## What clients see No change to public booking or checkout. This is admin marketing copy and filters only.
Appointment-only venues can hide class message chrome under Client emails
When venue-type class chrome is turned on, appointment-only venues no longer see class-studio rows under Automated messages, and the Channel rules class reminder group is labeled Visit reminders. Class and mixed venues are unchanged. Courses stay. No client emails are sent by this change.
