Mindbody Pricing in 2026: A Current Cost Worksheet
How to calculate subscription, add-ons, payment fees, messaging, implementation, hardware, and contract costs using a current quote.
Mindbody's US pricing information currently says plans start at $79 USD per location per month, with plan selection, add-ons, transaction fees, and regional availability affecting the final amount. That figure was checked on 28 July 2026; use Mindbody's current official pricing information and a written quote for a decision.
Build the worksheet
Record each category separately:
| Cost category | What to request | | ----------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------- | | Base subscription | Plan, locations, billing period, minimum term | | Add-ons | Included limits and every optional module required | | Payments | Rate by card or method, fixed fee, refund and dispute treatment | | Messaging | Included allowance, overage, sender or regional charges | | Hardware | Purchase, rental, replacement, shipping | | Implementation | Setup, training, data import, custom work | | Contract | Renewal, price changes, cancellation, export, exit support |
Use at least three transaction profiles: your current mix, a lower-revenue month, and a growth case. This exposes which costs are fixed and which scale with activity.
Separate price from fit
A lower monthly subscription may still be more expensive if the required workflow needs add-ons or manual work. A higher quote may be reasonable if it replaces other systems and the evidence supports the benefit.
Verify payment assumptions
Do not apply one advertised card rate to every transaction. Ask about country, card origin, payment method, refund, dispute, recurring-payment, and currency-conversion treatment.
Include migration and exit
Data preparation, payment-account changes, training, dual-running, and reconciliation are real project costs. Also ask what it will cost to leave and which records or credentials cannot be transferred.
Compare quotes on the same date
Vendor prices and packages change. Keep the quote date, currency, tax treatment, and assumptions beside every total so the comparison can be reproduced.
