Venue admin labels, terminology preview, Learning Center first-booking steps, and the main dashboard now follow the venue's current booking mode and product lifecycle instead of craft-only defaults.

- Customization labels use explicit `bookingMode` (hybrid salons keep class labels; appointment-only yoga uses appointment labels). Owner overrides are unchanged.
- Terminology preview uses the same offering mode. Historical term keys remain editable.
- Learning Center hides class sales setup when classes are winding down, paused, or archived. Services and appointment calendar steps require `bookings.manage`.
- Dashboard KPI is "Active pass holders". The appointment calendar card appears only when appointment operations are open.

Native custom terminology remains a separate gap.
