AI-agent access follows your subscription agreement

AI-agent configuration and customization checks now follow the venue subscription agreement instead of a platform-wide catalogue switch.

AI-agent configuration and usage checks now follow the same subscription rule.
Venues with a paid AI-agents add-on use their agreed tier and provisioning,
while canonical subscriptions continue to require a current entitlement snapshot.
Existing usage settlement keeps its original accounting identity.
