What each appointment plan includes

Appointment venues now have a clear, final list of what Free, Pro and Business Pro include — with offers, add-ons and the free product limit all following the same list.

Appointment venues now have one settled answer to "what do I get on this plan".

**Free** keeps everything you need to run a single-person business: your public booking page, booking rules, reminders and no-show handling, client self-cancel, reschedule and manage links, the front desk and walk-in queue, the staff portal, the register, gift cards, client records, treatment notes and colour formulas, your provider portfolio, loyalty and referrals, basic reports, intro offers, forms and waivers, and client guides. Free is capped at three products in your retail catalogue — everything you already have stays exactly as it is, and the cap only applies the next time you add one.

**Pro** adds the parts a growing salon or clinic needs: service variants and booking embeds, courses and workshops, private events, room and chair rental, the offers engine, promo codes, staff shifts and time clock, payroll, commissions, maintenance and equipment, client flags, product subscriptions and packages, tips, advanced reports, business health, the client AI chat, embeddable widgets, integrations, health-screening rules, and hiring freelancers through the Network.

**Business Pro** adds the multi-location and marketing layer: flash sales, verified discounts, partner gift-card programmes, earned loyalty pricing, certifications and contracts, advanced team chat, e-conomic, advanced marketing, AI agents, the unified inbox and Inbox AI, Legal Professional and Legal Intelligence, a custom domain, API and webhooks, and the accountant hub.

Anything a plan does not include that can still be bought on its own now shows a price on your add-ons page instead of appearing and then failing when you try to activate it. Recurring appointments, product recommendation emails, tips, barcode scanning, client invoicing and win-back outreach are available to Free; the unified inbox, Inbox AI, earned loyalty pricing, certifications and contracts, team chat, e-conomic, advanced marketing, AI agents and the two Legal tiers are available below Business Pro. The branded app and extra brands stay pure add-ons on every plan.

The offers engine is now part of Pro. If you are on Free and open Offers, the page tells you plainly that it is not included on Free, what Pro includes, and gives you one click to upgrade. Nothing you have already created is deleted, and you can still pause or archive a running offer at any time.

Class and mixed studios are completely unaffected by all of this — every page, price and limit works exactly as it did before.

## Still to come

- **Client flags** is the new name for VIP flags. The rename itself, and custom flags, arrive in their own release.
- **Price consolidation.** Some add-ons currently carry an older catalogue price that is higher than the one published above: certifications & contracts, team chat and e-conomic (99 today), advanced marketing (199), AI agents (299), Legal Professional (299) and Legal Intelligence (499). Those catalogue rows were deliberately left untouched in this release because they are shared with class studios; the owner's consolidation pass sets the final prices. The accountant hub, commission engine, walk-in queue and treatment-notes add-on rows also still exist even though the final matrix includes or removes them.
- **Bulk product import** is deliberately not limited by the free product cap, so a venue arriving with an existing catalogue keeps it. The cap applies when adding a product by hand afterwards.

Reschedule from the appointment page; client cards show appointment history

Front desk can move an appointment to a new time straight from the appointment page, and every client card now lists that client's appointments.
