Appointment times stay with the venue that booked them
With the corresponding Consumer app update, appointment history uses the appointment's own venue timezone even after you switch venues or leave a venue. Opening an appointment keeps that venue context. If the venue time cannot be verified, the app says it is unavailable instead of showing a time from another venue.

Opening an appointment keeps that venue context. If the venue time cannot be verified, the app says it is unavailable instead of showing a time from another venue. The Original Consumer Schedule tab uses your selected venue, and changing venues clears filters that belonged to the previous venue. Existing direct venue links continue to work. Branded apps remain tied to their configured venue. These changes preserve existing booking, cancellation and payment permissions. Times use the venue's current timezone setting; this update does not reconstruct past timezone settings.

Appointment history and staff booking choices
Existing appointments remain readable when an offering is withdrawn or archived. Rescheduling is available while the venue can still fulfil appointments; archived or read-only offerings keep their history and other permitted actions without offering replacement bookings.
