History retained when a brand moves
Keep earlier booking and payment history visible when a brand moves.
Brand moves retain a separate, read-only record of earlier bookings and payments. Payment records show the original venue, amount, currency, status and snapshot date. Staff cannot refund or resend a receipt from a copied record. If a client has copied payment history, an admin cannot merge away that client's original profile yet. The web merge preview shows the number of affected records; the merge itself checks again before changing the membership. Split reviews retain clients' existing choices and consent links when an admin retries an interrupted step. Client lists include the full venue membership. Stopping a split before client history or brand identity has moved keeps the destination setup available for review. A split with completed migration steps requires further review before it can be stopped. Consent reminders retain a separate delivery record for each scheduled reminder. If the provider response is uncertain, that reminder is held for review instead of automatically sent again. Account notification preferences and suppression rules apply. Dry runs report reminders due without reporting a send. Consent delivery remains disabled pending the required review of the notice, member choices and controller terms. Provider callback recovery and the full brand move still require further verification. A reminder accepted by the email provider is not proof that it reached the member's inbox. This work is under local verification. Availability requires the database, review screens, web and app readers, and release checks to finish. A history archive does not mean that passes, future bookings or subscriptions have moved.
