Adding a client to a class from the Business app works again
Staff who may manage bookings can add a client to a class from the Business app again. The app refused every attempt with a "permission" message.
Adding a client to a class from the Business app ("Book into class" on a
client, or "Add client" on a class) was refused with a message that you do not
have permission to add this client to the class. This happened even for staff
who have the "Manage bookings" permission, including reception. Adding a client
on the website worked.
The app now checks your permissions the same way the website does, so staff who
may manage bookings can add clients from the app again. Nothing else changes:
staff without that permission are still refused, instructors can still add
clients only to their own classes on the day, and client notifications still
need the "Send notifications" permission.A refunded appointment payment now frees its time slot
Sometimes a paid online appointment has to be refunded, for example when the time was taken or the booking could not be completed. In those cases the appointment could stay in your calendar as confirmed even though the client had been refunded. That blocked the time slot. The refund record also sometimes showed a later technical reason instead of the one that actually caused the refund.
