Exact gross price books for one-time catalog purchases

Money Settings lists exact gross currency prices for the venue catalog; ordinary products, services, packages and bundles remain draft-only.

Residence and currency checkout under Money Settings now lists the venue catalog. Fixed one-time passes can use their reviewed exact gross prices. Ordinary products, services, product packages and service bundles can save exact gross currency prices as drafts; their price-book checkout remains disabled. A new pass book with every country closed stays a draft and preserves ordinary catalog checkout. An active book cannot be replaced with a draft until separate draft and published revisions are available. Cancellation notice cycles appear only for recurring purchases.

The home billing country uses each item's existing tax treatment. Changing the selected currency does not change billing residence or create an age exemption for a product. Existing purchases retain their frozen price and tax evidence.

One-time foreign checkout remains closed pending its payment and tax settlement integration. Flexible options, registration fees, ordinary products and individual service checkouts remain unavailable until their respective currency integrations are complete. All pass types, products and services can have price books saved as drafts with all country gates closed. No currency is converted automatically. One-time pass books use their reviewed card total; promotions and stored-value tenders require their own currency-compatible authority.

Individual service options, such as different treatment durations, also appear under their owning service. Their exact currency prices can be saved as drafts; checkout remains disabled. Product variants require a catalog ownership model before separate variant price books can be saved.

New product and service sales at the register now stop when a catalog item or booked appointment has a missing or different currency from the sale. Review that item's recorded currency before collecting payment. Existing payment retries retain their original transaction currency and amounts.

Refund a gift card from Today's sales

A gift-card sale in Today's sales has a Refund button again. It returns the money to the buyer's original online payment and removes the refunded value from the card, so it can't be spent afterwards. A gifted pass is always refunded in full.
