Class cancellation notices now reach clients who turned notifications off

When you cancel a class and choose Email, SMS or Push, every booked client with that contact gets the notice, even if they switched that kind of notification off. Nothing is sent unless you choose a channel.

# Class cancellation notices now reach clients who turned notifications off

Before, the client picker on Cancel class could say "None of the 2 clients can
receive Email (2 turned Email off)", and you had no way to tell those clients
their class was cancelled.

A class cancellation is now treated as an essential notice about the client's
own booking:

- **Your choice still decides.** The picker still starts at "Don't notify".
Nothing is sent unless you choose Email, SMS or Push.
- **Client switches no longer block it.** A client who turned Email, SMS or Push
off, or turned off "Cancellations" in their settings, still gets the notice on
  the channels you choose.
- **What still blocks it.** No email address, no phone number, not on the app, an
email address that bounced or was blocked, a number that replied STOP, and your
own venue settings (for example cancellation notices switched off for a
location, or SMS not in your plan).
- **Automatic cancellations.** When Booking Bible cancels a class on its own (for
example too few bookings), the same rule applies whenever your cancellation
  notices are switched on.
- **Course sessions.** Enrolled course participants told about the same cancelled
  session follow the same rule.

Clients see a short line in their notification settings saying class
cancellations are always sent. Other notifications, like reminders, receipts and
offers, still follow each client's own choices.

Course balances paid by invoice now show in payments and reports

When a course balance installment is billed by invoice and the client pays it (by the invoice's payment link or you record the payment), the money now appears in the client's payment history and in sales, cash and VAT reports. No extra email is sent.
