Clear instructor names in class-change messages
Class-change messages show the venue's chosen public instructor names, and SMS describes changes without punctuation that can appear as question marks.
When you choose to notify clients or instructors about a class edit, the old and new instructor names in Email, SMS and Push follow your venue's public schedule name setting: full name, first name or nickname. A venue-only schedule name takes priority. The same applies when a substitute replaces an instructor. SMS now says, for example, “instructor changed from Signe to Shahab” instead of using symbols that some phones display as question marks. Notification choices, recipients and delivery preferences are unchanged.
