The notice period and free-month offer we are preparing, and what stays the same for you
Your accepted price, notice terms and any existing commitment stay in place. Clearer notice terms and an optional free-month offer are being prepared for eligible new signups.
Your subscription keeps the price, notice terms and any commitment you already accepted. This update does not add, remove or shorten an existing commitment. **Nothing about your current agreement changes.** The cancellation terms you signed up under still apply to you exactly as before, and we do not move an existing venue onto different terms. The version each venue accepted is recorded with their subscription. If we ever ask you to accept an updated agreement, that will be a separate, explicit request — not something that happens quietly in a release. Two things below are prepared and reviewable, and take effect for **new** signups once the new agreement is published and the offer is enabled. We are telling you now so the terms are not a surprise later. **A clearer notice period for new subscriptions.** Notice runs for the remainder of the current calendar month plus the whole of the following calendar month, counted in your own venue time zone. Give notice on 7 September and you are served through 31 October; access and monthly base billing end at midnight on 1 November. The answer is the same whether you give notice on the 1st or the 30th of a month. Before you confirm anything, Money shows you that exact last day of service, and once it is scheduled that same stored date is what you keep seeing — it does not move if you come back a month later. **Free months, if an offer is open to you.** You would be able to take a whole number of nought to six free months on Business or Business Pro, whether you run appointments, classes, or both. Each free month is followed by one month at the normal price of the same plan. Before accepting you see the free dates, the paid dates, your recurring base amount, the minimum you are committing to spend, and the earliest date service can end. Only the plan base fee is free during those months — add-ons, text messages, AI, video and transaction fees are billed as usual throughout. The offer can be taken once per venue. Before payment opens, you accept the displayed dates as well as the price and minimum commitment. If email verification or an expired payment link changes a displayed date, you must review and accept the updated dates first. Your plan, price and agreed number of free and paid months stay fixed. You can give notice at any time, including part-way through a commitment. Whichever end date is later is the one that applies — notice is never added on after a commitment finishes.
Stop offering a booking product while keeping existing bookings and records
Business settings can change Classes, Appointments or both, close new sales of a removed product, and keep existing bookings, prepaid rights, payments and history available.
