managers, and finance operators can change settings or generate a new export.

Paid upgrades remain pending until Booking Bible receives a signed Stripe settlement that matches the exact quoted amount, currency, invoice, and plan-change revision. A decline does not activate the new plan or enter the ordinary invoice retry queue; the billing screen explains that activation is pending or that a new attempt is required. Until the settlement-safe transition rail is enabled, the plan comparison stays visible but clearly explains that submitting a change is temporarily unavailable.
