Clients can choose services and options in order, then see times when one technician, location and all required resources are available for the complete visit. The server calculates the duration, buffers, price and amount due before the client confirms.

Appointment settings now include a separate combined-visit control and owner-authored refund terms for paid visits. Those terms are saved with each purchase. Clients manage the complete visit from one page: moving, cancelling and booking it again always applies to every service together.

The feature appears only after Booking Bible enables the staged rollout for the venue. Existing single appointments and Combo Packages continue to use their current booking flows.


Owners and authorized staff manage a complete visit from its admin appointment link or the Business app. Moving or cancelling it applies to every service; check-in, treatment and completion remain available for each service. Staff choose whether to send email, SMS or push for each change, with no channels selected initially.

Owners can also explicitly apply their refund terms to new paid single-appointment checkouts in Appointment settings. Eligible clients then see a Manage option using the same complete-visit page. Existing payments without those accepted terms continue to require staff assistance. The separately configured online-change cutoff is measured before the first service, and a change exactly at the cutoff remains allowed.

The staged rollout remains off pending payment-provider verification, venue configuration and the required app releases.
